SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the user during the purchasing process. MARBELLA FC SAD  ships to Spain (mainland).

There is the possibility of collecting the order at our store at the Antonio Lorenzo Cuevas municipal stadium free of charge (Deadline 2/5 days from when the order is placed. Information will be provided by email)

The OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE OF MARBELLA FC guarantees delivery within 48-72 business hours (*) of all products in stock and provided that orders are received at our offices before 13:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first business day after the order.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, start of the Holiday Season) there may be an additional 2 business day delay in the process of packing and shipping your order.

(*) Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and in cases of force majeure.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and the weight of the order. When you make your purchase, we will inform you of the cost of these before finalizing the order. For shipments to other countries: Customs or tariff amounts will be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Additional customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount. There is great variability in customs policies between countries, so you should contact your corresponding customs office for more information.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The product is defective or has been damaged during transport:

In the event that the product is defective, the buyer may return it with all its accessories, with MARBELLA FC., SAD assuming the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the product and its return. MARBELLA FC., SAD will proceed to resend the repaired or replaced product, completely free of charge.

MARBELLA FC SAD makes our transport company available to the buyer to collect the goods, free of charge. If the buyer wishes to return the goods with a transport company other than the one proposed by MARBELLA FC., SAD, and the transport company selected by the buyer offers higher rates, the buyer will assume the difference in transport costs.

• Withdrawal:

The buyer may also exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified and will be made through the same payment method used to pay for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that MARBELLA FC., SAD is the one who manages the collection of the item. In the event that the buyer returns the item through a transport company of their choice, the 14-day period established for the refund will begin to run from the time MARBELLA FC, SAD has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the item.

The buyer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning. In this regard, MARBELLA FC, SAD will analyse the condition of the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised and, where appropriate, will reliably inform the buyer of the existence and amount of this depreciation in the price of the product, justifying it in all cases on objective and verifiable criteria.

The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal through the following means:

This right of withdrawal will not apply to those products that, in accordance with the regulations on the matter, because they are personalized products are not subject to withdrawal, based on the provisions of article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

In the event that the customer has returned a product based on an alleged defect or error in the merchandise, and it is ultimately determined that there is no such defect or error, the return costs will be borne by the customer. We also inform you that our online store has a complaints and claims form available to the user.

QUALITY

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of receipt. The guarantee does not include defects caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Repair and replacement shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. Such free of charge shall include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, including shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

Unless proven otherwise, products will be deemed to be in conformity with the purchase provided they meet all the requirements stated below:
