The Marbella Football Club Foundation and Marbella City Council will celebrate the signing of the public land concession for the new Marbella stadium next Monday, June 16th at 12 noon at the Adolfo Suárez Trade Fair, Congress and Exhibition Centre. According to this agreement, the Foundation has been awarded the contract by the City Council for a period of 75 years to carry out the demolition of the current building and the subsequent construction and development of the new stadium.

This milestone marks the beginning of an ambitious project that will transform the stadium into a leading center for sports and entertainment not only in Marbella, but also on the Costa del Sol. Since the project's inception, the Marbella FC Foundation has been working in coordination with Best11 Group on the comprehensive development of the new stadium, which involves the involvement of prestigious, top-tier companies necessary for its completion.

The new stadium will represent an investment of between €115 and €130 million, with a capacity of over 10.000 seats and 1.000 parking spaces. The complex will house a high-performance wellness center, a hotel with over 90 rooms, and a shopping and dining area. The project will create between 1.600 and 2.300 new jobs (800 direct, 700 indirect, and 400 induced). The estimated GDP impact will be 0.2% of the GDP of the entire province of Málaga.

Finally, it's worth noting that the Marbella Football Club Foundation guarantees the project's public interest, as the benefits are reinvested in its founding objectives: promoting grassroots sports in Marbella, enhancing the city's tourism image, and developing programs for young people at risk of social exclusion.
